Then you should consider full membership with the Betties.  With two group workouts a week and a team of women to run with, you will find yourself fit and fast in no time.  Workouts are designed to accommodate all levels of running ability, and prepare you for your goal- from the mile to the marathon.

Each coached runner will receive a full 6-week training plan that guides your build-up for your target race.  We take into account your background, goals, past performance and lifestyle.  This way, you have a manageable fitness schedule and weekly mileage goal appropriate for your situation.

Monthly auto-pay membership is also available for women training year round with multiple goals and objectives for the year ahead.
