Group Run

Meet up with the group to run long or  just a little, likely someone will be on the same page as you.  Fun and social with a focus on exploring Boise’s foothill trails

This week we will take a field trip to get in some high altitude training.  Betties are encouraged to coordinate on FB group page to carpool.
